I understand that therapy can be a significant financial investment and I’m willing to work with you to find a cadence that works best! I typically see folks on a weekly or biweekly basis for a 50 minute session.

I am currently offering telehealth sessions only at this time. Clients can access sessions from any device with video streaming capabilities via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice.

As part of my dedication to anti-oppressive work, I offer a tiered sliding scale. Please inquire about these during your consult if interested.
