I do not accept insurance at this time. Credit and debit cards as well as HSA cards for payment are accepted. I can also provide superbills for insurance reimbursement as an out of network provider. Learn more information about how to file superbills here.

I understand that therapy can be a significant financial investment and I’m willing to work with you to find a cadence that works best! I typically see folks on a weekly or biweekly basis for a 50 minute session.

I am currently offering telehealth sessions only at this time. Clients can access sessions from any device with video streaming capabilities via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice.
