Clinical Supervision

You worked hard to get here — now let's make sure you actually feel supported!

I offer individual and group supervision for LMFT-Associates pursuing licensure in Texas. My approach centers on supporting you as a whole clinician, not just your caseload.

If you’re interested in working together, please fill out my Interest Form. I’ll review your responses and be in touch to schedule a free consultation call to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and ensure this is the right fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you!

  • My supervision is collaborative, relational, and rooted in anti-oppressive practice. As a fellow therapist, I am also engaged in this ongoing work myself. Together, we will intentionally create space to examine how power, privilege, and systemic factors shape both client work and supervision itself. My approach is also developmental, which means supervision is tailored to meet you where you are in your clinical journey.

I draw from a range of frameworks, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Experiential, and Narrative approaches, but see these as tools, not identities. What matters most is how we use them to reflect together and stay centered on your unique work with clients.

In practice, this might look and feel like:

    • Exploring questions of power or identity that arise in sessions

    • Reflecting on uncertainties, successes, and challenges without judgment

    • Examining how systemic issues show up in your clients’ lives—and your own

    • Considering how your own background or values may shape your clinical perspective

    • Discussing moments when you feel stuck or unsure how to proceed with a client

    • Practicing ways to bring up difficult topics with clients

    • Looking at how organizational or community contexts impact your cases

    • Receiving feedback on your clinical documentation or case conceptualizations

    • Creating space for both skill-building and personal growth

  • I bring particular depth in these areas. These are spaces where you can lean in, bring your toughest cases, and expect real clinical substance and honest dialogue:

    • BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ responsive care: Supervision and client work that centers the needs, identities, and resilience of marginalized communities.

    • Multicultural couples: Navigating cross-cultural relationship dynamics, values, and communication challenges.

    • Neurodiversity-affirming practice: Supporting clients and clinicians through strengths-based, affirming approaches for neurodivergent experiences.

    • Ethical grey areas & clinical judgment: Cultivating confidence in making tough calls and working through complex, ambiguous situations.

    • Private practice building & diversifying income: Guidance on launching, growing, and sustaining your business—including creative ways to diversify income and explore non-clinical interests that can support your therapy work.

  • In addition to clinical growth, I support supervisees in navigating the business side of therapy. Topics we can explore include:

    • Setting up and managing a private practice

    • Marketing services ethically and effectively

    • Building and maintaining a referral network

    • Navigating insurance, billing, and documentation

    • Pricing services and understanding fee structures

    • Streamlining administrative workflows

    • Diversifying income streams and exploring non-clinical interests

    • Planning for sustainability and preventing burnout as a business owner

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow, my goal is to help you feel confident not only as a clinician but as a professional building a sustainable, fulfilling career.

  • Supervision is a relationship, just like therapy is for your clients. Finding the right fit with your supervisor is one of the strongest predictors of your growth and success.

This is likely a fit if you:

    • Want supervision that goes deeper than logging hours or checking boxes

    • Are ready for self-of-the-therapist work and open to examining and unlearning harmful patterns

    • Care about therapy that honors the whole person, including identities and the systems they live in that make existing challenging

    • Are in, or moving toward, private practice

    • Feel torn between how you were taught to do therapy and how you actually want to practice

This probably isn’t the right fit if you:

    • Are looking for supervision that’s purely transactional (hours in, signature out)

    • Are currently a graduate intern (I supervise LMFT-Associates specifically)

    • Work primarily in inpatient, IOP, or PHP settings, or with clients who need a higher level of care than outpatient therapy

If this is you, the priority is finding a supervisor whose expertise aligns with your work environment and clients’ needs.

  • Supervision is offered as a monthly bundle:

    • 3 individual sessions (50 minutes each)

    • 1 group session (1.5 hours)

    • Spots are intentionally limited; I cap my cohort at 4 supervisees to ensure focused support and connection

    • $425/month flat rate

      • Billed on the 1st or 15th of each month, whichever fits your financial situation best

This setup is designed to provide meaningful, individualized support within a small, engaged community.
