Clinical Supervision
You worked hard to get here. Now let’s make sure you actually feel supported.
Whether you’re fresh out of grad school trying to find your footing, or you’re a few years in and realizing you want supervision that goes deeper than case consultation — you deserve a space that takes your growth seriously.
I offer individual and group supervision for LMFT-Associates pursuing licensure in Texas. My approach to supervision looks a lot like my approach to therapy: collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that who you are as a person is inseparable from who you are as a clinician.

Supervision with me isn’t just about logging hours. We dig into the work in a way that actually shapes you as a therapist.
Self-of-the-therapist work
Anti-oppressive practice
Neurodiversity-affirming principles
BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ affirming care
Multicultural couples
Private practice building and diversifying income

My work is informed by Collaborative and Relational Frameworks, Internal Family Systems Theory, and Experiential Therapies. I bring a systems-oriented perspective to supervision, which means we’re always thinking about context — yours, your clients’, and the larger world you’re both operating in.
I’m also deeply committed to supervision that is anti-oppressive in practice, not just in language. That means examining power, privilege, and positionality as an ongoing part of the work, not a checkbox.

Supervision is offered as a monthly bundle designed to give you consistent, layered support throughout your licensure journey.
Each month includes:
Four individual supervision sessions
One group supervision session
Investment: $450/month
Payment is billed monthly with flexible invoicing — you can choose to be invoiced on the 1st or the 15th, whichever works best for your budget cycle.
-
I offer both individual and group supervision formats, available virtually. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one support, the richness of a small group learning environment, or both, we can build something that fits where you are in your licensure journey.
Spots are intentionally limited. I keep my caseload small so that each supervisee gets the attention and investment they deserve.
